Interior Security Ministry is offering Ksh 2 million for Terrorist suspect Mohamed Dubow who is described as dangerous and armed. It appeals to anyone who sees him to inform authorities, nearest Police Station or Chief's office to provide information that will lead to his arrest.
The police has also announced national terrorist alert following the entry of the suspect into Kenya from Somalia.

Mombasa terrorist attack thwarted
Police nipped plans for a terrorist attack in Mombasa Nyali area on Monday January 4.
It s suspected the attack would have been a shopping Mall.
A suspect was arrested while unknown number of others fled. Bomb making materials grenades, firearms and bullets were recovered.

The United States government has issued a Global Alert of terrorist attack by ISIS, Al Qaeda and Boko Haram.

Three passengers are reported to have been killed in a morning raid by armed bandits on a Nairobi bound Wajir bus.
The bandits also shot at a lorry that was following the bus and killed one person before fleeing away. It was not clear why there was no police escort.

Bomb experts from Nyeri and Embu counties today detonated an explosive device that was found inside the Kutus Catholic Church in Kirinyaga County during Sunday service.
